TEXT-Fitch rates Jabil Circuit notes 'BBB-'
July 31 - Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB-' rating to Jabil Circuit, Inc.'s (Jabil) proposed issuance of $500 million in 10-year senior unsecured notes. Fitch expects the proceeds from this offering to be used for general corporate purposes as well as to reduce amounts outstanding under the company's revolving credit facility.
